Side) O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members and their peaceful possession of the property in Survey No.95/4A situate at Thavasimadai Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that even after granting interim injunction by the District Munsif Court, Dindigul, in O.S.No.363 of 2022, the respondents 4 to 8 herein are making trouble and threat to the petitioner. Based on which, the petitioner gave a complaint on 26.07.2023 and the same was numbered in C.S.R.No.822 of 2023. Thereafter, the above said complaint was closed with undertaking that the 2/5

petitioner will approach the civil Court. Again another representation was made on 04.10.2023. The above said representation kept pending without giving opportunity to the petitioner. On that basis, this present petition has been filed.

3.Heard the learned Governement Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

4.Let the representation of the petitioner be disposed of within a period of 15 days by summoning the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 to 8 by ascertaining the ground situation, on merits. 5.With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 11.10.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No vsg 3/5
