Respondents Common Prayer: Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to dispose of the representations of the petitioner dated 25.01.2018 and 30.09.2023 on merits after conducting proper enquiry and providing sufficient opportunities to the petitioner.

Mr.P.Thambidurai Government Advocate COMMON ORDER In order to correct a wrong entry in the UDR patta, the petitioner herein has made representations as early as on 25.01.2018 and 30.09.2023 respectively. The second respondent, who is the authority concerned has not moved a little finger to conclude the enquiry and pass orders. Therefore, aggrieved the petitioner is before this Court.
2. Taking note of the silence on the part of the second respondent for over six years, a mandamus is issued to the second respondent to dispose of the representations of the petitioner dated 25.01.2018 and 30.09.2023 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3.With the above direction, these Writ Petitions are allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
