ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.672 of 2025 dated 16.07.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. When the matter was taken up on 03.09.2025, this Court, considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner has complied with the condition from 26.07.2025 to 27.08.2025 and thereafter, he failed to appear before the concerned police station, directed the petitioner to comply with the condition till 17.09.2025.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that in pursuance of the direction of this Court, the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail.

5. Considering the above, the condition No.9(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.672 of 2025, dated 16.07.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the second respondent police at 10.30 a.m. on first and third Monday of every month until further orders. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered.

6. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
