Side) O RDER These criminal original petitions have been filed seeking direction to the Respondents No.1 & 2 to execute the warrants issued by the Fast Track Court No.II, Madurai in D.Nos.1057, 1055 & 1056, dated 01.08.2022 in connection with conviction of the 3rd Respondent in S.T.C.Nos.534, 272 & 533 of 2016, dated 15.07.2020.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that pursuant the warrant issued against the third respondent herein in all the matters, search was made and enquiry was undertaken as to the whereabouts of the third respondent. During the course of enquiry, it was found that the third respondent is not residing in the above said address. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he will give the address of the third respondent to the second respondent. 2/4

3.Recording the above said undertaking, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to execute the warrant issued against the third respondent within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above said directions, these criminal original petitions are disposed of.
