O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to expedite the investigation in connection with Crime No.175 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent police and subsequently conclude the same within the time frame and to file final report.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint against the accused persons in Crime No.175 of 2023 on 15.06.2023, due to some property dispute. Since no investigation has been conducted, the petitioner has against sent representations to the 1st and 2nd respondents on 27.07.2023. Since no action has been taken thereafter, this petition came to be filed.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that final report is made ready on 21.06.2023, closing the case as mistake of fact. So far, no notice has been served upon the petitioner.

4. Let the second respondent serve notice on the petitioner with regard the closure of case. The petitioner is at liberty to workout remedy, if she is so advised.
