Prayer in CRL.A(MD).No.607 of 2024:- Crimial Appeal Petition Under Section 14(A)(2) of The Schedule Castes and Tribes Prrvention of Atrocities Act, 2015 as Amended by Act 1 of 2016,to call for the records pertaining to the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.2504 OF 2024 on the file of the learned II-Additional District and Sessions Court(PCR) Tirunelveli,dated 15.07.2024 and sei aside the same as illegal and enlarge the Appellant on Bail by allowing the Appeal.
ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.Kannathasan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order:
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by the order dated 18.09.2024 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.9772 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD). No.607 of 2024 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed upon the petitioners is modified and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in fifteen days.
