2.The petitioner seeks removal of the petition-mentioned transformer and electric poles from his patta land in S.No.644/3B2, Pirancheri Village, Manur Taluk, Tirunelveli District. Survey was ordered to be conducted. The survey authority has given a report that there has been no installation on the petitioner's land. There is a factual dispute. It is open to the petitioner to file a civil suit or avail any other appropriate remedy. I have not gone into the merits of the matter. Granting such liberty, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
