PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent to file charge sheet in FIR No.2101 of 2018 dated 21.12.2018 on the file of the second respondent Avaniapuram Police Station within the reasonable time which may be fixed by this Court.

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file final report before the Court in Crime No.2101 of 2018 on the file of second respondent within the time frame as fixed by this Court.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, a case has been registered in Crime No.2101 of 2018 and after completing the investigation, the second respondent also filed the final report before the Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai and the same has been taken cognizance in S.C.No.262 of 2019. He would further submit that the petitioner herein in an injured person.
