Criminal Original Petition filed Under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to secure and produce the body or person of the petitioner`s wife namely Isakkiyammal rani W/o.Thiraviya Moorthy (aged 30 years) and the petitioner`s daughter namely Dhakshini (aged about 4 years) produce before this Court.
ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. T.Senthil Kumar, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Petitioners and of No Appearance for the respondents this Court made the following order: "This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for a further period of six months to complete the investigation and to file a report as per the directions given by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3861 of 2020, dated 15.02.2022.
