ORDER

The petitioner seeks direction to the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.339 of 2023 before the District Court, Sivagangai within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.339 of 2023, a final report has been filed through e-filing on 11.03.2025, which has not yet been taken on file by the Additional Mahila Court, Sivagangai.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above said Final Report, if so advised.
