2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that based on the joint affidavit filed by the petitioners and the victim girl, this petition may be allowed.

3. Considering the fact that since the 2nd respondent, who is the Rural Welfare Officer in Social Welfare Department is the complainant, the compromise between the petitioners and the victim girl will not be entertained by this Court. Let the trial process will be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
