ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice) When the petition was heard in the morning session and when the Court expressed its disinclination to entertain the petition, counsel requested the matter be stood over to post lunch session to take instructions as to how much time petitioner will need to vacate the premises.

2. Petitioner's grievance is that he has received notice dated 27.09.2024 calling upon him to vacate within seven days. Counsel states no action has been taken till date.

3. Seven days period got over on 04.10.2024. We are on 28.10.2024. Counsel for petitioner states petitioner will vacate by 30.11.2024. Statement made is accepted as an undertaking to this Court 2/5

with a warning that no extension on any ground whatsoever shall be given to petitioner. Time up to 30.11.2024 also was given because we are recording the fact that petitioner stated no application seeking extension shall be made.

4. Respondents are directed not to give even one day extra to petitioner beyond 30.11.2024.

5. With these directions, petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected interim applications also stand disposed.
