When matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court in W.M.P.(MD)No.17951 of 2019 in W.P.(MD) No.21289 of 2019, the petitioner was transferred back to her original place of appointment namely, T.Kallupatti, where she is now functioning.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, it cannot be said that disobedience alleged is willful in nature.
