ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. Though larger relief has been sought, the learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation dated 13.10.2022 on merits and in accordance with law and pass final order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other.
