ORDER : This petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order dated 03.01.2020 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai, vide the letter in D.No.1327/2024 dated 14.11.2024, this court made the following order: This matter is listed today under the caption for 'extension of time'. 2.In pursuance of the directions of this Court, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai, has submitted a report, dated 14.11.2024, wherein it has been stated that she had taken charge on 12.09.2024 and since the case was pending for orders, she has suo motu reopened the case and posted for arguments of both sides on 04.10.2024; that the petitioner side arguments were heard and the case https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

was posted to 16.11.2024 for respondent side arguments. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since no arguments was advanced on 16.11.204 the case stands posted to 20.11.2024 and then again to 25.11.2024.

4. Considering the above, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai, is directed to hear the arguments and dispose of the case within a period of one month from today.
