This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandmaus, directing the second respondent to take necessary steps and to issue quality certificate of plant and machineries owned by the petitioner as good condition after conduct verification, so as to enable the petitioner to participate in the tender would be held on 23.11.2022, as per the Notification No.21/2022-23/D1, dated 02.11.2022 issued by the first respondent and consider his representation, dated 07.11.2022, which is pending before the second respondent.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced the Letter dated 22.11.2022 of the Superintending Engineer (H), Construction and Maintenance, Tirunelveli and would submit that the petitioner did not submit legible copies of the documents. Hence, he was directed to furnish all the documents afresh. 2/5
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already submitted all the documents, but the respondents have refused to receive the same.
4. Considering the above said facts, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2022 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
