This Petition had been filed to direct the Respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.210 of 2017, dated 10.07.2017 and to file the final report within the time to be stipulated by this Court. 1/3

2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent/Investigation Officer submitted that the investigation on the complaint made by the Petitioner in Crime No.210 of 2017 had been completed and the charge sheet is also made ready. The Investigation Officer undertakes to file the final report before the Court concerned within a period of two weeks. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
