Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 5 and 6 to conduct public auction to uproot and remove the Acacia and other trees standing in Survey No.77 measuring 3.41.5 hectares and Survey No.81/1 measuring 0.82.0 hectares, in Vairavanpatti Grouip, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District, by implementing the order made in W.P(MD).No.4143 of 2017 dated 11.08.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

When this Court was about to dismiss this writ petition stating that the remedy available to the petitioner is otherwise and the writ petition once again for the very same issue is not maintainable, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.
