ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner aspires to become a temple trustee. He apprehends that his application may not be considered by citing his track record.

3.It is conceded by the petitioner that he was shown as accused in Crime No.113 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent. The case involved the offences under the provision of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 also.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the second respondent clarifies that the said case has since been closed as mistake of 2/4

fact. I am therefore of the view that there cannot be any impediment for considering the petitioner's application. Except clarifying that the writ petitioner does not suffer any disqualification, no other observation is made.
