This petition has been filed seeking direction to modify the first condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil in the interim order in Crl.M.P No. 3239 of 2019 dated 06.08.2019 and which was made absolute on 02.11.2019

2. This petition for direction has been filed before this Court directly without approaching the concerned court which has granted anticipatory bail.

3. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial court seeking for direction to modify the condition. If the same is rejected by the concerned court, the petitioner can very well approach this Court.
