Mr.S.S.Manoj, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10244 of 2025 dated 05.08.2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.11334 of 2025 dated 17.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10244 of 2025 dated 05.08.2025 in Crl.O.P. 2/4

(MD).No.11334 of 2025 dated 17.07.2025 is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Viralimalai Police Station, Pudukottai District, once in 15 days ie., on first and 15th working day of every English Calender month, until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
