Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in connection with the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in G.O.(Pa)No.8, Social Welfare and Noon Meal (SW.1) Department dated 18.01.2016, quash the same in so far as it relates to imposing punishment of stoppage of yearly increment for a period of one year without cumulative effect alone and consequently directing the respondents to regularize the suspension period of the petitioner from 07.08.2012 to 27.02.2015 with continuity of service and disburse the arrears of monthly salry from 07.08.2012 to 27.02.2015.
