this Court Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the impugned sale notice dated 13.05.2022 issued by the Respondents Bank to the petitioners for the proposed E-auction sale to be held on 17.06.2022 in respect of the property bearing Plot No.7, Thirumalai Balaji Nagar, Airport Road, Thirumangalam, Madurai-625706 and set aside the same as illegal and erroneous and consequently direct the Respondent to hand over the possession of the said property to the Petitioners forthwith and thus render justice.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. S. Palanivelayutham, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr. V.S. Karthik, Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: 'This petition has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 26.09.2022. The order is a self-working order and the period fixed is also over by now. Hence, we close this petition with liberty to the petitioners to renew if necessary.'
