This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to register the case based on the order passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti, Madurai District in Crl.M.P.No.710 of 2024 dated 16.02.2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the directions of the learned Magistrate, FIR has been registered in Crime No.401 of 2025.
