PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned order passed by the third respondent herein in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1676/2019.The.Maa.2/dated 27.09.2019 with annexure Layout approval plan No.393/2019 and quash the same as illegal and further direct the respondents 2 and 3 herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.11.2019 and pass appropriate orders to maintain the 30 ft. width road in S.No.403/A2 and 403/2B1 (classified as Government Poramboke Land) in Govindapuram Village, Murugur Majra, Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy District in the original layout plan, within a time stipulated by this Court.
