ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the entire records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.371 of 2024 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report in C.C.No.586 of 2025 has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 11.12.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No gbg 2/4
