issue patta in the name of the petitioner and other legal heirs of the petitioner's father.

ORDER
It is brought to the notice of this Court that the impugned order has been passed on a dead person.
2. Since the order impugned has been passed against a dead person, who died pending enquiry, the order has to necessarily be set aside and is accordingly, set aside.
