ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondent is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner is a senior citizen. She has invoked the jurisdiction of the second respondent. The petitioner wants the same to be numbered and disposed of. Even if the application is not in a proper format, the second respondent is directed to number the same and after issuing notice to the third respondent, dispose it of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into 2/4

the merits of the matter. All the defences of the third respondent are left open.

3. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
