ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(A) and 4(1)(B) of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition (Amendment) Act, 2024 in Crime.No.860 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of allegation in this case that the petitioner is found to be in possession of 50 bottles of liquor and it is alleged that in his tiffin shop he is keeping the said liquor and is selling and it is further alleged that the petitioner is continuously indulging in the same offence and has got 12 previous cases, out of which 11 are similar in nature, this is not a fit case for enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
