ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct R1 and R2 to give an adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members for their life and limb, on the basis of the petitioner`s representation dated 20/9/2023.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the representation given by the petitioner, CSR is pending before the second respondent Police. 3.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to complete the aforesaid enquiry within a period of fifteen days, from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
