This Petition had been filed to quash the charge sheet in Crime No.13 of 2016 on the file of the Respondent Police. 2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in crime No.13 of 2016 on the file of the Respondent had been completed and the complaint had been closed as 'Mistake of Fact'. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The Petitioner is at liberty to file a protest Petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram.
