[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The petitioner has filed the habeas corpus petition seeking to quash the proceedings of the second respondent in M.H.S.Confdl No.94/2019 dated 18.11.2019 and to direct the respondents to produce the detenu, or body of the detenu, namely, the petitioner's son i.e., Petchiganesh, aged about 20 years, S/o Chellappa, now detained at Central Prison, Palayamkottai before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents, by producing a copy of G.O.Rt.No.81, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department, dated 07.01.2020, would state that the impugned detention order has been revoked by the Government.
