Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents to secure the detenue namely Ramachandran, aged about 65 years, son of Papanasam and produce the body of the detenue before this Court and hand over the detenue to the petitioner.

ORDER
This petition is filed to direct the respondents to secure the detenue namely Ramachandran, aged about 65 years, son of Papanasam and produce the body of the detenue before this Court and hand over the detenue to the petitioner.
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that even after lapse of two years, the petitioner's father has not been secured. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the second respondent police is present before this Court along with CD file and this Court perused the CD file, it shows that effective steps have already been taken by the second respondent to trace out the petitioner's father.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the second respondent police to complete the investigation within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any difficulty arises to trace out the petitioner's father, the petitioner can approach this Court for getting proper remedy.
