ORDER

******** [Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.] The order passed in the writ petition in W.P(MD)No.2293 of 2020, was a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 31.08.2021, and pass orders after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a stipulated time.

2. Alleging disobedience of the aforesaid order, dated 31.08.2021, the present contempt petition has been filed.

3. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, produced a copy of the proceedings of the Tahsildar in Na.Ka.223/2019/A3, dated 28.11.2022, whereby, the petitioner's representation has been considered and rejected, after hearing all the parties. Hence, the disobedience

alleged need not be termed willful in nature. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved against the order of rejection, it is open to the them to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
