This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur in 1/4

Crl.M.P.No.7137 of 2024, dated 14.10.2024 as report before the Cantonment Police Station daily at 10.30 am instead of before the respondent Police station.

2. Heard both sides.

3. This petition is filed for modification on the ground that the condition is imposed only for the offence under the Mines and Minerals Act.

4. As a matter of fact, considering the petitioner is an young offender and considering the offence is against the nature, I am of the view that the trial court has rightly imposed the condition. If the petitioner is not well, when the petitioner complaints any discomfort or any illness, upon production of the copy of this order, the Government Hospital at Trichy, shall take care to give him treatment. Further, the petitioner shall comply with the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur for further period of 20 days. 2/4

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
