Side) O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family members for their life and limb on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 04.10.2023.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that due to dispute with regard to change the place of society meeting, during mid night, the private respondents and all other persons came to the petitioner's house and criminally intimidated him and his family members. Over which, a complaint has been given. Even now, life threat is existing. Thereafter, the petitioner has sent a representation on 04.10.2023 to the respondents 1 and 2. That was not properly considered. Hence, this petition. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.
