ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the third respondent to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though cause title were given rightly, the contents of the petition was changed and seeks permission to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands 2/4

dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition.
