This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioners appeal dated 21.04.2025.

Considering the fact that the appeal which was filed by the petitioner on 21.04.2025 and the same is pending with the first respondent, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
