The petitioner had submitted representation dated 15.12.2021 to cancel the assignment patta issued to the fourth respondent. The petitioner seeks the early disposal of such representation by the second respondent.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the report of the Tahsildar is awaited and that orders would be issued on merits within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In these circumstances, without making any observations on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on merits within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the fourth respondent. No costs.
