ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) We are of the view that the present Writ Petition is not maintainable, as it has been instituted on 28.08.2025, prior to which, on 18.08.2025, the present impugned order has been challenged by way of revision under Section 80A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971. Therefore, it is for the petitioner to pursue the same before the authority.

2.Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader, who is in Court, submits that he will convey to the Special Secretary, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department that the said application may be heard within a period of four weeks from today, for which purpose, the petitioner shall appear before the Special Secretary on 12.09.2025 at 12.00 noon.
