This writ petition has been filed in the nature of writ of mandamus to forbear the authority from issuing any license in favour of the fifth respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader drew my attention to the proceedings of the fourth respondent issued on 20.06.2024. A copy of the said order has been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner has to challenge the same in the manner known to law.

3. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
