This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order, dated 28.02.2019, made in W.P.(MD) No.881 of 2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that challenging the aforesaid order, the respondent has preferred a writ appeal along with condone delay application in C.M.P.(MD) No.7290 of 2021 and the same is pending.

Cont.P.(MD) No.1854 of 2019 with liberty to the petitioner, as and when the writ appeal is disposed of, to file a fresh contempt petition if his grievance still exists.
