PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 to 3 to take appropriate action on the 4th respondent, consequently remove the Government Seal in my medical shop, name and style Shri Andal Medicals (license No.TN-13-20-00297) situated at 12A/5, Ground Floor, Madurai Road, Srivilliputhur Taluk, Virudhunagar District by the 4th respondent and consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2023 and 05.10.2023.

O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 to 3 to take appropriate action on the 4th respondent, consequently remove the Government Seal put in medical shop, name and style of Shri Andal Medicals (license No.TN-13-20-00297) situated at 12A/5, Ground Floor, Madurai Road, Srivilliputhur Taluk, Virudhunagar District by the 4th respondent and consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2023 and 05.10.2023. 2/5
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that penal provisions under NDPS Act has been invoked in this case. On that ground only, the above said order has been passed.
3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the above said order passed by the competent authority in the manner known to law.
