Mr.S.S.Manoj, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for modification of the condition No. 6(d) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13413 of 2025, dated 13.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are residing in the state of Karnataka, and the petitioners 1 and 3 are employed therein. Hence, he prays for modification of the above-mentioned condition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated by the petitioners and considering the nature of offence, the condition No.6(d) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.13413 of 2025 dated 13.08.2025, is modified as follows:- 2/4

''6(d).the petitioners shall report before the Inspector of Police, Shikaripura Rural Police Station, Shivamogga District, Karnataka State, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders;"
