ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.One Akash Kamaraj gave an application for conducting survey. The petitioner wants his objections to be considered before acting on the said application. With the said prayer, this writ petition has been filed.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that survey was already conducted on 22.08.2025 itself. Copy of the survey report has also been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner. The prayer has become infructuous. The counsel for the petitioner states that based on the survey results, the said applicant Akash Kamaraj is attempting to fence the property. If that be so, the remedy open to the writ petitioner herein to move the jurisdictional civil court. If any suit is filed by the petitioner, it shall be numbered immediately and if any I.A is filed, it shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible. 2/4
