2.After the death of second respondent, respondents 3 and 4 have been impleaded as the legal heirs of the second respondent herein. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the final report has been filed before the concerned Court and the same has been taken cognizance by the trial Court in C.C.No.950 of 2022 on 10.09.2022 and posted on 23.01.2023.
3.Since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the contents of the same, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4.With the above liberty, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
