ORDER

The petitioner seeks for quashing of the FIR in Crime No.180 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is now completed and a Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.825 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
