of M/s.D.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent Nos.1 and 2, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by the order dated 26.09.2024 in Crl.A.(MD).No.772 of 2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. Investigation in this case is not yet completed.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, this petition is allowed and the condition imposed by this court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned court once in a month i.e., First working day of Every English Calendar Month at 10.30 a.m. sd/- 25/10/2024 / TRUE COPY / /11/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.I /II /III /IV ) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
