Side) O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 13.09.2023. 2.On petty issue, the complaint has been given by the petitioner on 14.01.2023 against the private respondent as if they are making trouble while measuring the property. The aforesaid complaint was closed stating that the Revenue officials visited the property and measured the land with the help of the revenue records and fixed boundaries. Even after making boundaries, the private respondents are making trouble. Seeking police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner, representation dated 13.09.2023 has been sent by the petitioner to the respondents 1 and 2. That was not properly considered. Hence, this petition.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.
