2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11307 of 2024 on 24.07.2024, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the condition imposed by this Court has been complied with till date.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11307 of 2024 on 24.07.2024 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
